  • How do I track my order?

    When you place an order, you will receive an email letting you know that we’re working on it. Once we ship it (within 1-3 business days) we will send you a tracking number.

  • When do I get charged?

    When you submit your order. It may take 1-3 days to show up on your credit card statement. 

  • What if I need to make a change to my order?

    Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as they’re placed, we cannot make changes or cancel submitted orders. And because we don’t store your credit card information, we cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

    If you would like to add items to the order, simply place a new one.

  • I don’t like how my top looks on me! Can I return?

  • What's a “final sale”?

    We sometimes give great discounts on the last few items in a collection. These sales are usually labeled as “final,” which means they cannot be returned.
