Waiting is hard! We, too, can’t wait for you to get your order. Here’s how we get it done:

When you place an order, you will receive an email informing you that our team is working on it. Please allow 2-3 business days to process it before shipping.
Once it ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

International Orders
Shipping rates vary based on weight, tariffs, and country. The cost of shipping is calculated after checkout, and your invoice will be subject to an update. STYLEBYGG has no control over import duties and policies and cannot predict what the cost would be. Please contact your local office for current charges. International orders may take up to 15 days to process. Thank you for your patience as we look for the best way to ship your order internationally.

Troubleshooting
Please contact us if you think your order got lost in the mail, and we’ll see how we can help locate your order. We are not responsible for packages after proof of delivery from the carrier has been generated and we are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. We will assist you and submit a claim if necessary.

If shipping to a PO Box, please make sure to put in your PO box # plus the FULL NAME of the owner of the box exactly as it appears on the PO BOX.

Returns
Too loose? Too tight? Did you change your mind? That’s OK (it happens to the best of us). You can return your items by mail or at the store, for store credit ONLY. Store Creditis accepted for merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags still attached. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

What items are returnable?
Only full-price items are eligible for Store Credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. All SALE items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your returns.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any sale items, including purchases made using website discounts and/or discount codes.

Conditions (and tips)
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove the protective slip.
Be careful with deodorant stains when trying on dresses and tops. They count as damage.
